Weegix Technology Solutions LLC ("Weegix," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SciForge mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. By using SciForge, you agree to the practices described here.
We built SciForge to be privacy-respecting by default. In plain terms: SciForge does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information.
SciForge does not require an account, login, email address, or any sign-up. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifier. The App does not include advertising, and it does not include third-party analytics or tracking software that profiles you.
SciForge stores the following information locally on your device only, using your device's on-device storage. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to Weegix or any third party:
If you uninstall the App, this locally stored information is deleted along with it.
SciForge offers a single optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Weegix does not receive or store your payment card number, billing address, or other financial account details. Any information you provide during a purchase is handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation from Google Play needed to unlock your content.

SciForge requests only the minimal permissions needed to function:
SciForge does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files.
SciForge is a general-audience educational app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, no personal information from children is collected. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
Because SciForge stores its data only on your own device and does not transmit personal information to us, your information is protected by your device's own security. We encourage you to secure your device with a passcode or biometric lock.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of the App or on this page.
