Weegix Technology Solutions LLC ("Weegix," "we," "us") operates the Lumi mobile application ("Lumi," "the App"), a children's early-learning app covering letters, phonics, reading, spelling, vocabulary, numbers, and math. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to parents and guardians. Lumi is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.

Lumi does not collect: full names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, precise or approximate location, photos, audio recordings, contacts, or any government identifiers.
Lumi does not display third-party advertisements. Lumi does not use behavioral or interest-based advertising, and does not share data with ad networks or data brokers.

Lumi includes a PIN-protected Parent Dashboard. From this dashboard, a parent or guardian can view their child's learning summary, manage child profiles, change the PIN, and permanently reset or delete all locally stored progress data for a profile.
Progress data is retained until a parent deletes it via the Parent Dashboard's "Reset progress" option, or until the app is uninstalled (which removes all locally stored data). To request deletion of any data associated with your device from our cloud systems, contact us using the information below and include the approximate date you used the App; we will delete the corresponding anonymous record within 30 days.
Lumi is directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the anonymous, non-identifying data described above. We do not require registration with a name or email address to use the App. Parents may contact us at any time to review, request deletion of, or ask questions about any data associated with their child's use of the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
