These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Mastery mobile application ("AI Mastery," "AI University," or "the App"), provided by Weegix Technology Solutions LLC ("Weegix," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
AI Mastery is an educational mobile app providing courses, guides, tool directories, guided projects, and reference material about artificial intelligence, including a path for becoming an AI developer or AI architect.
2. Educational Content, Not Professional Advice
The App's content — including course material, guided projects, code samples, and roadmap guidance — is provided for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice specific to your situation. You are responsible for independently verifying and testing any code or technical guidance before using it in a production system.
3. Code Samples
Code samples provided within the App (including in the "Become an AI Developer" and "Become an AI Architect" sections) are provided for learning purposes, "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code before deploying it, including but not limited to properly securing API keys and credentials as described in the App's own security guidance.
4. Accounts and Data
As of this writing, the App does not require account creation. Your learning progress, quiz scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on what information is collected and how it is used.
5. Premium Purchases
Certain content and features ("Premium") require payment, processed through Google Play Billing. Premium purchase terms (pricing, refunds, subscription renewal and cancellation) are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Refund requests should generally be directed to Google Play, consistent with their policies.
5.1 Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Some Premium options (monthly and annual plans) are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the price and interval shown at the time of purchase, unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Google Play generally requires cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal for the cancellation to take effect before the next charge. A one-time lifetime unlock, where offered, is a single non-recurring purchase and does not auto-renew.
5.2 How to Cancel
Because subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by Weegix directly, cancellations must be made through your Google Play account (Google Play app or play.google.com > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions), not within the App itself. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or Google Play's own refund policy.
5.3 Price Changes
If we change the price of a subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect on your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law
- Use the App to develop a directly competing product using our proprietary course content
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
7. Intellectual Property
The App's course content, illustrations, branding, and original written material are owned by Weegix Technology Solutions LLC or its licensors. Code samples explicitly provided for you to copy and reuse in your own projects (as described in Section 3) are licensed to you for that purpose. All other content may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Tools and Links
The App references and links to third-party AI tools and services (for example, in the AI Tools Directory). We do not control and are not responsible for those third-party products, their availability, pricing, or terms. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider's own terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CODE SAMPLE OR GUIDANCE WILL BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC USE CASE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEEGIX TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CODE SAMPLES OR GUIDANCE PROVIDED WITHIN IT.
In no event shall Weegix Technology Solutions LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for Premium access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50 USD).
Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by the law of that jurisdiction, and this section does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Changes to the App or These Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there — except that if you reside outside the United States, or in a U.S. state whose consumer protection laws grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract (a common protection in many states), those mandatory local protections and, where applicable, your right to bring a claim in your local courts remain available to you notwithstanding this section.
